I can't sign in - what should I do?
First check your user name and password. If sign-in still fails, please contact your administrator or internal GNT contact.
Which browsers are supported?
GNT Center is optimized for the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Safari is supported but not primarily tested.
Can I keep using the desktop application in parallel?
Yes. Web and desktop share the same database. You can run both side by side while individual modules are migrated step by step.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Please contact your internal administrator / supervisor. They will forward your request to the GNT team.
